New York Stock Exchange Engagement Photos

Today I met up with Lana and Tim for their New York City engagement photos. They were both dressed up in long dramatic black coats which made the session have an almost Matrix feel. Tim and Lana added the sunglasses and we created the sequel. We started off at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), wandered around the Financial District for a bit and made it to City Hall. From there we attempted to take the subway to Brooklyn but weekend subway schedules were all messed up. Finally after a long unsuccessful wait, we ended up taking a cab across. Once we got over there, we took some photos on the historic Brooklyn Bridge and finished up our photo session in DUMBO. All in all, the day was absolutely gorgeous. The temperature stayed in the mid 70s and Lana and Tim were a blast to hang out with! I can’t wait to photograph their wedding this coming August! Below are some of my favorite photos of the day. Priscilla and Hyman, originally from the San Francisco Bay Area but now living the crazy city life of New York City! Their wedding will take place back in the Bay Area but their engagement photos were shot here in NYC. They are truly getting the best of both coasts. What other place in the world will you have historic bridges converging on each other. Enjoy!
