Today, I got a chance to schedule in some newborn photography. Even though I’m smack in the middle of doing my engagement photo sessions for my New York City Brides of 2010, how could you resist newborn photos. Newborns only stay at that age for a very short period of time. Hazel might not remember this day, but when she grows up and looks looks back at these photos, she’ll truly appreciate them. Enjoy!

This weekend I had the privilege to photograph 3 adorable boys, Xander, Zachary, and Tristan, and their new baby sister, Ella, who is a little over a month old. What an energetic bunch of boys who were constantly in motion – running, jumping, wrestling… I guess boys will be boys! Baby Ella, the perfect little princess, gently swung in her cradle swing and allowed me to capture her sweet, innocent smile. What a wonderful treat it was to capture this family at home! This morning I headed up to the Inwood Area of New York City to meet Merav and her toddler Liam and her 2.5 month old Danielle. I don’t go up there that often, but every time I do, the views just amaze me. It was a strong overcast but we still made it out to Ft. Tryon Park. I just love the natural light that the overcast made. Enjoy.

Little Atticus – Baby & Children’s Photographer Josh Wong

Whew! This day was definitely a scorcher but by the time our photo session rolled around, the weather was a comfortable 84 degrees with a slight breeze. The photo shoot took place in Isham Park, located in the Inwood neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. Little Atticus, who was only 19 months old, was as energetic as the trains he was holding. Here are some of my favorites of this photo shoot.

Baby Elijah.

How adorable was he. I think he should be a Gap kid. I had a simple setup in my studio today. A simple chair and the hardwood floors. The photos turned out beautifully!

Yep. I sometimes photograph babies and kids too. When I last visited San Francisco to photograph a wedding, I was able to visit my good friend Sherry for about hour. While catching up, I got the opportunity to photograph her beautiful kids. I have posted some of my favorites.
