I recently spent the day roaming around NYC doing engagement shots with a very fun couple, Farrah and Francisco. Farrah is a striking brunette with soft, sparkling brown eyes while Francisco is strapping NYC fireman. We met up in Central Park and made our way down to the Brooklyn Bridge. The sun was shining that day and the weather was just perfect. Their wedding will be on June 28, 2009 and I cannot wait! I will be incorporating fusion photography for their wedding so it will be very exciting! Below are the engagement pictures from Central Park and the Brooklyn Bridge. Enjoy!

June 4, 2009 – “Red Light Charity Cocktail Reception” – Event photography by Josh Wong Photography

Tonight I was invited to photograph a red carpet charity cocktail event at the glamorous and trendy Japanese restaurant and lounge, Japonais, found in the heart of New York City’s Union Square. This very important charity event was hosted by Marie Claire magazine and Priority Films with the proceeds going to the RedLight Children Campaign which seeks to increase awareness and fight the war on child sexual exploitation, human trafficking, and slavery.

May 31, 2009 – 3 Boys and a Little Lady – Family Pictures by Josh Wong Photography

This weekend I had the privilege to photograph 3 adorable boys, Xander, Zachary, and Tristan, and their new baby sister, Ella, who is a little over a month old. What an energetic bunch of boys who were constantly in motion – running, jumping, wrestling… I guess boys will be boys! Baby Ella, the perfect little princess, gently swung in her cradle swing and allowed me to capture her sweet, innocent smile. What a wonderful treat it was to capture this family at home!
